How To Use:
The Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device is small and easy to operate, with one-hand priming and lancing.1. Pull off the cap. Insert a new lancet into the lancet holder and push it in until it clicks.2. Press the cap on again until it clicks.3. Rotate the cap until the desired penetration depth is set.4. Press the priming button down until it clicks.4. Press the lancing device firmly against the side of the fingertip.5. Press the yellow release button.6. After measuring your blood glucose, pull off the cap and slide the ejector forwards to remove the lancet.

Use the clear cap.2. You may need a deeper setting. Try 3 for palm testing or 5-1/2 for forearm or upper arm testing. (These are suggested settings; yours may differ.)3. Press the opening of the gray cap firmly against a fleshy area of the non-fingertip site. Press the lancing device up and down in a slow pumping motion to assist the flow of blood.4. Keep steady pressure on the area, then press and release the plunger. Do not be afraid to apply pressure to the area with the lancing device to assist the flow of blood. Continue to press the cap against the site for a few seconds to allow blood to come to the surface.Can I use an Accu-Chek Softclix lancet more than once?We strongly recommend the use of a new, sterile lancet every time you test.
