Easy-Bake Recipe #1: Sesame Chicken

You will love this tasty baked version of the popular Chinese dish, Sesame Chicken. It is an oven-baked chicken breast with sesame oil, sesame seeds and other spices. Devour one of the tastiest oven baked chicken recipes you will make:


  • 2 Tbsp green onions
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 16 oz chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup soy sauce (contains salt)


Mix everything in a sealed clean bag (except the chicken breasts) and shake. Then marinate chicken breasts by adding them to this dressing and leaving in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Bake for about 40 minutes in a 350°F (175°C) oven until the chicken is golden brown and sticky.

Serves 4.

Cooking Tip: Chop up the chicken breasts and marinate for 5 hours before baking.

This garlic chicken tastes awesome and the best part is it’s so simple to prepare!


  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs


Mix and warm the olive oil and garlic to blend the flavours. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken pieces in the olive oil mixture, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange them on a greased baking dish. Cook in the preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 30-35 minutes till the meat is fully cooked, and the juices run clear.

Cooking Tip: Herb it up by adding some fresh chopped basil and oregano to the olive oil and garlic. If you like it spicy, add ginger and curry powder or garam masala to the garlic.
