Interaction

Drug : aluminum-containing antacids, cholestyramine, colestipol: Decreased absorption and therapeutic effects of ursodiol.

clofibrate, estrogens, neomycin, oral contraceptives, progestins: Interference with ursodiol's therapeutic effects; increased risk of gallstone formation.

Food : any foods: Increased dissolution of drug.
