Side effects of Alfman 10mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Alfman 10mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Headache, Malaise, Dry Mouth, Nausea, Dyspepsia (Heartburn, Epigastric Discomfort), Diarrhea, Orthostatic Hypotension, Tachycardia, Drowsiness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Alfman 10mg Tablet
Do not use Alfman 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Alfuzosin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Alfman 10mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Alfman 10mg Tablet
Alfman 10mg Tablet contains - Alfuzosin
Alfuzosin is used by men to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). It does not shrink the prostate, but it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and the bladder.
Overdose of Alfman 10mg Tablet
The dosage of Alfman 10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Alfman 10mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Alfman 10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
Alpha Blockers: May potentiate alfuzosin action.
Antihypertensives, Nitrates: Possibly synergistic lowering of blood pressure and syncope.
CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Ritonavir: Increased alfuzosin effects.
