Side effects of Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet
Do not use Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Amlodipine, Atenolol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Dosage of Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet
Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet contains - Amlodipine, Atenolol
Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.
Atenolol inhibits stimulation of beta1-receptor sites, located mainly in the heart, decreasing cardiac excitability, cardiac output, and myocardial oxygen demand. Atenolol also acts to decrease release of renin from the kidneys, aiding in reducing blood pressure.

The dosage of Altas-At 5mg/50mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interactions
Drug :-
beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.
fentanyl: Increased risk of severe hypotension and increased fluid volume requirements during surgery.
