Side effects of Azaplast 100mg Injection

The most common side effects of Azaplast 100mg Injection are – Anxiety, Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Insomnia, Malaise, Pain, Weakness, Lethargy, Pyrexia, Chest Pain, Edema, Hypotension, Hypertension, Peripheral Swelling

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Azaplast 100mg Injection

Do not use Azaplast 100mg Injection if you are allergic to – Azacitidine

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Azaplast 100mg Injection.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Azaplast 100mg Injection works

Azaplast 100mg Injection contains – Azacitidine

Azacitidine causes hypomethylation of DNA and is toxic to abnormal hematopoietic cells in bone marrow. Hypomethylation may restore normal function to genes needed for proliferation and differentiation. Drug has little effect on nonproliferating cells.

Dosage of Azaplast 100mg Injection

The dosage of Azaplast 100mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Azaplast 100mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Azaplast 100mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
