The most common side effects of Cal 123 Fem Tablet are – Constipation, Nausea, Abdominal pain, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cal 123 Fem Tablet.

Calcitriol stimulates calcium absorption from the GI tract and promotes movement of calcium from bone to blood.
Dosage of Cal 123 Fem Tablet
The dosage of Cal 123 Fem Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Overdose of Cal 123 Fem Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Cal 123 Fem Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction
Drug :- Cardiac glycosides: May increase risk of arrhythmias. Use together cautiously.
Cholestyramine, colestipol, excessive use of mineral oil: May decrease absorption of oral vitamin D analogues. Avoid using together.
Corticosteroids: May counteract vitamin D analogue effects. Avoid using together.
Magnesium-containing antacids: May cause hypermagnesemia, especially in patients with chronic renal failure. Avoid using together.
Phenobarbital, phenytoin: May inhibit calcitriol synthesis. Dose may need to be increased.
Thiazides: May cause hypercalcemia. Use together cautiously.
