Side effects of Cardace AM 5 Tablet

The most common side effects of Cardace AM 5 Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Cardace AM 5 Tablet

Do not use Cardace AM 5 Tablet if you are allergic to - Amlodipine, Ramipril

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cardace AM 5 Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

How Cardace AM 5 Tablet works

Cardace AM 5 Tablet contains - Amlodipine, Ramipril

Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.

Ramipril works by blocking a substance in the body that causes blood vessels to tighten. As a result, ramipril relaxes the blood vessels. This lowers blood pressure and increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.

Dosage of Cardace AM 5 Tablet

The dosage of Cardace AM 5 Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Cardace AM 5 Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Cardace AM 5 Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.

fentanyl: Increased risk of severe hypotension and increased fluid volume requirements during surgery.
