How Choltran 5mg Tablet worksCholtran 5mg Tablet contains - Cholestyramine
Cholestyramine works by attaching to bile acids in the intestine, and both are removed from the body as waste. As the body loses bile acids, it replaces them by converting cholesterol from the blood to bile acids. This causes the blood levels of cholesterol and LDL to decrease.
Dosage of Choltran 5mg TabletThe dosage of Choltran 5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
