The most common side effects of Cifran OD 1000mg Tablet ER are – Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Cifran OD 1000mg Tablet ER if you are allergic to – Ciprofloxacin

How Cifran OD 1000mg Tablet ER works

Cifran OD 1000mg Tablet ER contains – Ciprofloxacin

Ciprofloxacin inhibits the enzyme DNA gyrase, which is responsible for the unwinding and supercoiling of bacterial DNA before it replicates. By inhibiting this enzyme, ciprofloxacin causes bacterial cells to die.

The dosage of Cifran OD 1000mg Tablet ER depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
