Side effects of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR
The most common side effects of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR are – Dizziness, Mild Nausea, Mild Diarrhea, Upset Stomach, Muscle Pain, Skin Rash, Itching
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while using Cnn 100mg Tablet MR
Do not use Cnn 100mg Tablet MR if you are allergic to – Minocycline
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cnn 100mg Tablet MR.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Cnn 100mg Tablet MR contains – Minocycline
Minocycline may be bacteriostatic by binding to microorganism’s ribosomal subunits, inhibiting protein synthesis, may also alter the cytoplasmic membrane of susceptible microorganisms.
Dosage of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR
The dosage of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR
If you forget to take a dose of Cnn 100mg Tablet MR, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction
Drug :- Antacids (including sodium bicarbonate) and laxatives containing aluminum, magnesium, or calcium, antidiarrheals: May decrease antibiotic absorption. Give antibiotic 1 hour before or 2 hours after these drugs.
Ferrous sulfate and other iron products, zinc: May decrease antibiotic absorption. Give drug 2 hours before or 3 hours after iron.
Hormonal contraceptives: May decrease contraceptive effectiveness and increase risk of breakthrough bleeding. Advise patient to use nonhormonal contraceptive.
Live-virus vaccines: May decrease vaccine effectiveness. Avoid administering together.
Methoxyflurane: May cause nephrotoxicity when given with tetracyclines. Avoid using together.
Oral anticoagulants: May increase anticoagulant effect. Monitor PT and INR, and adjust dosage.
Penicillins: May disrupt bactericidal action of penicillins. Avoid using together.
Retinoids: May increase risk of pseudotumor cerebri. Avoid administering together.
