The most common side effects of Corbis H 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet are – Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Dizziness

How Corbis H 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet works
Corbis H 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet contains – Bisoprolol, Hydrochlorothiazide
Bisoprolol inhibits stimulation of beta1-receptors primarily in the heart, which decreases cardiac excitability, cardiac output, and myocardial oxygen demand. Bisoprolol also decreases renin release from kidneys, which helps reduce blood pressure.
Hydrochlorothiazide increases sodium and water excretion by inhibiting sodium and chloride reabsorption in distal segment of the nephron.

The dosage of Corbis H 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interaction
Drug :- aluminum salts, barbiturates, calcium salts, cholestyramine, colestipol, NSAIDs, penicillins, rifampin, salicylates, sulfinpyrazone: Possibly decreased therapeutic and adverse effects of bisoprolol.
beta blockers, digoxin: Increased risk of bradycardia.
calcium channel blockers: Possibly increased therapeutic and adverse effects of bisoprolol.
ciprofloxacin, quinolones: Possibly increased bioavailability of bisoprolol.
clonidine: Possibly severe hypertension from withdrawal of clonidine or both drugs.
epinephrine: Possibly hypertension followed by bradycardia.
ergot alkaloids: Possibly peripheral ischemia and gangrene.
flecainide: Possibly increased therapeutic and adverse effects of either drug.
lidocaine: Possibly increased risk of lidocaine toxicity.
oral contraceptives: Possibly increased bioavailability and plasma level of bisoprolol.
prazosin: Possibly increased orthostatic hypotension.
quinidine: Possibly increased bisoprolol effects.
sulfonylureas: Possibly masking of hypoglycemic symptoms.
