The most common side effects of Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet are - Nausea, Dryness In Mouth, Nervousness, Weakness, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Blurred Vision

Do not use Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid

Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet contains - Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid

Dicyclomine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines.

Mefenamic Acid involves inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2).

Dosage of Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet

The dosage of Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Cyclomeff 20 mg/250 mg Tablet

Interaction

Drug :- adsorbent antidiarrheals, antacids: Decreased dicyclomine absorption.

amantadine, anticholinergics, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants: Increased dicyclomine effects.

antimyasthenics: Reduced intestinal motility.

atenolol: Increased atenolol effects.

cyclopropane: Risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

haloperidol: Decreased antipsychotic effect of haloperidol.

ketoconazole: Decreased ketoconazole absorption.

metoclopramide: Decreased effect of metoclopramide on GI motility.

opioid analgesics: Increased risk of ileus, severe constipation, and urine retention potassium chloride, especially wax-matrix.

preparations: Possibly GI ulceration urinary alkalinizers.

antacids that contain calcium or magnesium, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, citrates, sodium bicarbonate: Delayed excretion and increased risk of adverse effects of dicyclomine.
