Cyclopam 10mg Injection is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Side effects of Cyclopam 10mg Injection

The most common side effects of Cyclopam 10mg Injection are – Nausea, Dryness In Mouth, Nervousness, Weakness, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Blurred Vision

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Cyclopam 10mg Injection

Do not use Cyclopam 10mg Injection if you are allergic to – Dicyclomine

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cyclopam 10mg Injection.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Cyclopam 10mg Injection contains – Dicyclomine

Dicyclomine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines.

The dosage of Cyclopam 10mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Cyclopam 10mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Cyclopam 10mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- adsorbent antidiarrheals, antacids: Decreased dicyclomine absorption.

amantadine, anticholinergics, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants: Increased dicyclomine effects.

antimyasthenics: Reduced intestinal motility.

atenolol: Increased atenolol effects.

cyclopropane: Risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

haloperidol: Decreased antipsychotic effect of haloperidol.

ketoconazole: Decreased ketoconazole absorption.

metoclopramide: Decreased effect of metoclopramide on GI motility.

opioid analgesics: Increased risk of ileus, severe constipation, and urine retention potassium chloride, especially wax-matrix.

preparations: Possibly GI ulceration urinary alkalinizers.

antacids that contain calcium or magnesium, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, citrates, sodium bicarbonate: Delayed excretion and increased risk of adverse effects of dicyclomine.
