Darilong 7.5mg Tablet CR contains - Darifenacin

Darifenacin works by relaxing the detrusor muscle in the wall of the bladder. It does this by blocking receptors called muscarinic receptors that are found on the surface of the muscle cells.

The dosage of Darilong 7.5mg Tablet CR depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Darilong 7.5mg Tablet CR

Interaction

Drug :- anticholinergics: Increased frequency and severity of anticholinergic adverse reactions.

flecainide, thioridazine, tricyclic antidepressants: Risk of toxicity with these drugs potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as clarithromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, nefazodone, nelfinavir, and ritonavir: Decreased metabolism and increased effects of darifenacin, possibly increasing the risk of adverse reaction.
