Side effects of Diavista 45mg Tablet

The most common side effects of Diavista 45mg Tablet are – Headache, Congestive Heart Failure, Edema, Blurred Vision, Decreased Visual Acuity, Macular Edema, Pharyngitis, Sinusitis, Tooth Disorders, Fractures, Myalgia

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Diavista 45mg Tablet

Do not use Diavista 45mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Pioglitazone

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Diavista 45mg Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Diavista 45mg Tablet contains – Pioglitazone

Pioglitazone works by increasing the body’s sensitivity to insulin, a natural substance that helps control blood sugar levels.

Overdose of Diavista 45mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Diavista 45mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Drug :- gemfibrozil, rifampin: Possibly altered glucose control.

ketoconazole: Possibly decreased metabolism of pioglitazone.

oral contraceptives: Possibly decreased effectiveness of oral contraceptives.
