The most common side effects of Encorate 100mg Injection are - Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite, Sleepiness, Hair Loss, Weight Gain, Abnormal Liver Function , Tremor

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Encorate 100mg Injection

Do not use Encorate 100mg Injection if you are allergic to - Sodium Valproate

How Encorate 100mg Injection works

Encorate 100mg Injection contains - Sodium Valproate

Sodium Valproate prevents epileptic fits by stabilising excessive electrical activity in the brain. It is thought to achieve this in two ways: by increasing the activity of a natural 'nerve-calming' agent called GABA in the brain, and by preventing electrical signals from building up in nerve cells in the brain.

Dosage of Encorate 100mg Injection

The dosage of Encorate 100mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Encorate 100mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Encorate 100mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
