Side effects of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet are - Headache, Sexual Dysfunction, Nausea, Mood Changes, Menstrual Bleeding at Irregular Intervals, Edema, Change In Body Weight, Breast Enlargement, Breast Tenderness, Abdominal Pain, Fibroid
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet
Do not use Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Estradiol, Sildenafil
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet.

Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet contains - Estradiol, Sildenafil
Estradiol triggers a series of events that lead to a surge in luteinizing hormone and, in turn, induces ovulation. After ovulation, during the luteal phase, estradiol works in conjunction with progesterone to prepare the womb lining for implantation.
Sildenafil works by preventing the action of a chemical in your body, called phosphodiesterase type-5. This helps to widen (relax) blood vessels and improves the flow of blood to the penis following sexual stimulation. This helps to maintain an erection.

The dosage of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
