Precautions while using Envas 10mg TabletDo not use Envas 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Enalapril

How Envas 10mg Tablet worksEnvas 10mg Tablet contains - Enalapril
Enalapril works by blocking a substance in the body that causes the blood vessels to tighten. As a result, enalapril relaxes the blood vessels. This lowers blood pressure and increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.
Dosage of Envas 10mg TabletThe dosage of Envas 10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Overdose of Envas 10mg TabletIf you forget to take a dose of Envas 10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Precautions & Warnings
InteractionDrug :- Alcohol, antihypertensive agents, diuretics may increase effects. NSAIDs may decrease antihypertensive effect, increase risk of possible acute renal failure.
Potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements may cause hyperkalemia. May increase lithium concentration, toxicity.
Herbs :- Ephedra, ginseng, yohimbe may worsen hypertension. Garlic may increase antihypertensive effect. Licorice may cause sodium/water retention, loss of potassium.
Lab Values :- May increase serum BUN, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, creatinine, potassium, ALT, AST. May decrease serum sodium. May cause positive ANA titer.
