Side effects of Glynit 2.6mg TabletThe most common side effects of Glynit 2.6mg Tablet are - Headache, Dizziness, Syncope, Contact Dermatitis, Rash, Weakness, Orthostatic Hypotension, Nausea, Vomiting, Tachycardia, Flushing, Palpitations, SL Burning, Cutaneous Vasodilation, Hypersensitivity Reactions
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

How Glynit 2.6mg Tablet worksGlynit 2.6mg Tablet contains - Nitroglycerin/Glyceryl Trinitrate
Nitroglycerin reduces cardiac oxygen demand by decreasing left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and to a lesser extent, systemic vascular resistance. Also increases blood flow through the collateral coronary vessels.
Dosage of Glynit 2.6mg TabletThe dosage of Glynit 2.6mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Overdose of Glynit 2.6mg TabletIf you forget to take a dose of Glynit 2.6mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

InteractionDrug :- Alteplase: May decrease tissue plasminogen activator antigen level. Avoid using together, if unavoidable, use lowest effective dose of nitroglycerin.
Antihypertensives: May increase hypotensive effect. Monitor BP closely.
Heparin: I.V. nitroglycerin may interfere with anticoagulant effect of heparin. Monitor PTT.
Riociguat: May cause hypotension. Avoid use together.
Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil: May cause severe hypotension. Use of nitrates in any form with these drugs is contraindicated.
