The most common side effects of Larinate 100 Kit are – Diarrhoea, Constipation, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain

Precautions while using Larinate 100 Kit

Do not use Larinate 100 Kit if you are allergic to – Artesunate, Sulfadoxine, Pyrimethamine

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Larinate 100 Kit.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Larinate 100 Kit works

Larinate 100 Kit contains – Artesunate, Sulfadoxine, Pyrimethamine

Artesunate potently inhibits the essential Plasmodium falciparum exported protein 1, a membrane glutathione S-transferase. As a result, the amount of glutathione in the parasite is reduced.

Pyrimethamine inhibits the dihydrofolate reductase of plasmodia and thereby blocks the biosynthesis of purines and pyrimidines, which are essential for DNA synthesis and cell multiplication.

Dosage of Larinate 100 Kit

The dosage of Larinate 100 Kit depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Larinate 100 Kit

If you forget to take a dose of Larinate 100 Kit, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
