The most common side effects of Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet are – Headache, Asthenia, Dyspepsia, Infectious Gastroenteritis, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Fatigue, Fever, Somnolence, Weakness, Conjunctivitis, Pharyngitis, Rhinitis, Tonsillitis, Rash, Nasal Congestion, Nosebleed, Laryngitis, Sinusitis, Dermatitis, Urticaria, Otitis Media, Dental Pain, Abdominal Pain, Eczema

Do not use Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Montelukast, Levocetirizine, Acebrophylline

How Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet works
Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet contains – Montelukast, Levocetirizine, Acebrophylline
Montelukast reduces early and late-phase bronchoconstriction from antigen challenge.
Levocetirizine works by blocking histamine that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
Acebrophylline has a bronchodilator effect due to inhibition of the intracellular phosphodiesterases, followed by an increase of adenosine monophosphate cyclic levels, which promote the relaxation of bronchial muscles.

The dosage of Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Lestar 3D 10mg/5mg/200mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction
Drug :- Gemfibrozil: May increase montelukast plasma concentration. Adjust montelukast dosage as needed.
Phenobarbital, rifampin: May decrease bioavailability of montelukast because of hepatic metabolism induction. Monitor patient for effectiveness.
