How Lincef 200 mg/600 mg Tablet works

Lincef 200 mg/600 mg Tablet contains - Cefixime, Linezolid

Cefixime interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis by inhibiting the final step in the crosslinking of peptidoglycan strands. Peptidoglycan makes cell membranes rigid and protective. Without it, bacterial cells rupture and die.

Linezolid kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. This treats infection.

The dosage of Lincef 200 mg/600 mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Drug :- . aminoglycosides, loop diuretics: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
