The most common side effects of Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Heartburn, Insomnia
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet
Do not use Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cilnidipine, Telmisartan
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet.

Dosage of Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet
Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet contains - Cilnidipine, Telmisartan
Cilnidipine decreases blood pressure and is used to treat hypertension and its comorbidities. Due to its blocking action at the N-type and L-type calcium channel, cilnidipine dilates both arterioles and venules, reducing the pressure in the capillary bed.
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.

The dosage of Macsart CL 10mg/40mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
