The most common side effects of Mesacol 800mg Tablet DR are - Fever, Sore Throat or Other Flu Symptoms, Constipation, Headache or Dizziness, Mild Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, Gas, Tired Feeling, Skin Rash

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Mesacol 800mg Tablet DR if you are allergic to - Mesalazine/Mesalamine
