Uses of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet

Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Seizures, Diabetic Neuropathy, Spinal Cord Injury

Side effects of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet

The most common side effects of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet are – Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet

Do not use Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Pregabalin, Nortriptyline

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet works

Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet contains – Pregabalin, Nortriptyline

Pregabalin may contribute to analgesic and anticonvulsant effects by binding to sites in CNS.

Nortriptyline increases the amount of norepinephrine, serotonin, or both in the CNS by blocking reuptake by the presynaptic neurons.

Dosage of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet

The dosage of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Nervite 50mg/10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Drug :- ACE inhibitors: May increase risk of swelling and hives with concomitant use. Monitor patient.

CNS depressants: May have additive effects on cognitive and gross motor function. Monitor patient for increased dizziness and somnolence.

Pioglitazone, rosiglitazone: May cause additive fluid retention and weight gain. Monitor patient closely.
