The most common side effects of Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet are – Abdominal Pain, Epigastric Pain, Flatulence, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Nausea, Constipation, Indigestion

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet

Do not use Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Nimesulide, Tizanidine

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet works

Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet contains – Nimesulide, Tizanidine

Nimesulide is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with pain medication and fever reducing properties. Its approved indications are the treatment of acute pain, the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.

Tizanidine reduces spasticity by decreasing the release of excitatory amino acids. This alpha 2-adrenergic agonist’s action increases presynaptic inhibition of spinal motor neurons, with the greatest effects on polysynaptic pathways.

Dosage of Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet

The dosage of Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
