The most common side effects of Nortipan M 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet are - Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Vertigo, Nausea, Epigastric Distress, Weakness, Restlessness, Drowsiness, Anxiety, Depression, Nervousness, Chest Pain Vomiting, Blurred Vision, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Constipation, Dry Mouth

How Nortipan M 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet works

Nortipan M 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet contains - Pregabalin, Nortriptyline, Methylcobalamin

Pregabalin may contribute to analgesic and anticonvulsant effects by binding to sites in CNS.

Nortriptyline increases the amount of norepinephrine, serotonin, or both in the CNS by blocking reuptake by the presynaptic neurons.

Methylcobalamin stimulates serotonin creation, a neurotransmitter responsible for mood support. It also works directly on brain cells to protect against damage from excitotoxins.

The dosage of Nortipan M 75mg/10mg/1500mcg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interaction

Drug :- ACE inhibitors: May increase risk of swelling and hives with concomitant use. Monitor patient.

CNS depressants: May have additive effects on cognitive and gross motor function. Monitor patient for increased dizziness and somnolence.

Pioglitazone, rosiglitazone: May cause additive fluid retention and weight gain. Monitor patient closely.
