Uses of Nupenta-D Capsule

Nupenta-D Capsule is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Heartburn, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

Side effects of Nupenta-D Capsule

The most common side effects of Nupenta-D Capsule are – Nausea, Rash, Diarrhea, Itching, Dry mouth, Abdominal cramps

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Nupenta-D Capsule

Do not use Nupenta-D Capsule if you are allergic to – Domperidone, Pantoprazole

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Nupenta-D Capsule.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Nupenta-D Capsule works

Nupenta-D Capsule contains – Domperidone, Pantoprazole

Domperidone works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain which causes the feeling of nausea and vomiting, as well as increasing the movement or contractions of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.| Pantoprazole works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach.

Dosage of Nupenta-D Capsule

The dosage of Nupenta-D Capsule depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Nupenta-D Capsule

If you forget to take a dose of Nupenta-D Capsule, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Consult your doctor before taking this medicine to avoid overdose.

Onset of Action Nupenta-D Capsule

It takes about 1 to 2 hour to show the effect of the medicine.

Duration of Action Nupenta-D Capsule

Effect of medication lasts for an average of 18 to 20 hours.
