InteractionDrug :- antiarrhythmics of class IA such as quinidine, procainamide and class III such as amiodarone, sotalol, antibiotics such as gatifloxacin, moxifloxacin, antipsychotics such as chlorpromazine, thioridazine: Increased risk of QT-interval prolongation.
antihypertensives: Increased antihypertensive effects.
bromocriptine, levodopa, pergolide: Possibly antagonized effects of these drugs.
carbamazepine: Decreased paliperidone level.
CNS depressants: Additive CNS depression.
paroxetine: Possible increased blood paliperidone level.
Activity :- alcohol use: CNS depression.
