How Penflu 40 mg Injection works

Penflu 40 mg Injection contains - Flupenthixol, Melitracen NA

Flupenthixol is a powerful antagonist of both D1 and D2 dopamine receptors, and an alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonist. It's antipsychotic activity is thought to be related to blocks postsynaptic dopamine receptors in the CNS.

Melitracen inhibits dopamine-mediated effects by blocking postsynaptic dopamine receptors in the CNS.

Dosage of Penflu 40 mg Injection

The dosage of Penflu 40 mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Penflu 40 mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Penflu 40 mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
