Side effects of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule

The most common side effects of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule are – Ataxia, Dizziness, Somnolence, Tremor, Abnormal Gait, Abnormal Thinking, Amnesia, Anxiety, Asthenia, Confusion, Depersonalization, Euphoria, Headache, Hypesthesia, Hypertonia, Incoordination, Myoclonus, Nervousness, Vertigo

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Pregabid-D 75 Capsule

Do not use Pregabid-D 75 Capsule if you are allergic to – Pregabalin, Duloxetine

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Pregabid-D 75 Capsule.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Pregabid-D 75 Capsule works

Pregabid-D 75 Capsule contains – Pregabalin, Duloxetine

Pregabalin may contribute to analgesic and anticonvulsant effects by binding to sites in CNS.

Duloxetine inhibits neuronal serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine reuptake to potentiate serotonergic and noradrenergic activity in the CNS. These activities may elevate mood and inhibit pain signals stemming from peripheral nerves adversely affected by chronically elevated serum glucose level.

Dosage of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule

The dosage of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule

If you forget to take a dose of Pregabid-D 75 Capsule, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Interaction

Drug :- ACE inhibitors: May increase risk of swelling and hives with concomitant use. Monitor patient.

CNS depressants: May have additive effects on cognitive and gross motor function. Monitor patient for increased dizziness and somnolence.

Pioglitazone, rosiglitazone: May cause additive fluid retention and weight gain. Monitor patient closely.
