The most common side effects of Rancil 5mg Tablet are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Heartburn, Insomnia

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Rancil 5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cilnidipine
