Ranitin 300mg Tablet is used to treat Gastric Ulcer, Heartburn, Indigestion, Gastroesophagal Reflux Disease (digestive disorder). Ranitin 300mg Tablet is also used for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, to prevent ulcers, and to treat irritation or swelling of esophagus (the tube that runs from the throat to stomach).

Ranitin 300mg Tablet is known as an H2 histamine blocker. Ranitin 300mg Tablet works by reducing the amount of acid in your stomach.

Side Effects of Ranitin 300mg Tablet.

The most common side effects of Ranitin 300mg Tablet are Headache, Confusion, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Hair loss. These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
