Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Relieve Symptoms (Heartburn, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating)

Side effects of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet

The most common side effects of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet are – Nausea, Rash, Diarrhea, Itching, Dry mouth, Abdominal cramps

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet

Do not use Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Domperidone, Omeprazole

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

How Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet works

Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet contains – Domperidone, Omeprazole

Domperidone works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain which causes the feeling of nausea and vomiting, as well as increasing the movement or contractions of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Omeprazole works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach.

Dosage of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet

The dosage of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Rantac D Plus 15 mg/20 mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
