Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Hypertension and Chronic Stable Angina

Side effects of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER

The most common side effects of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER are – Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER

Do not use Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER if you are allergic to – Amlodipine, Metoprolol

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER works

Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER contains – Amlodipine, Metoprolol

Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.

Metoprolol is a selective beta blocker that selectively blocks beta receptors, decreases cardiac output, peripheral resistance and cardiac oxygen consumption, and depresses renin secretion.

Dosage of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER

The dosage of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER

If you forget to take a dose of Revelol-AM 25/2.5 Tablet ER, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Drug :- beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.
