Precautions while using Rubuphine 20mg TabletDo not use Rubuphine 20mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Nalbuphine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Rubuphine 20mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Nalbuphine binds with opioid receptors in the CNS, altering perception of and emotional response to pain.
Dosage of Rubuphine 20mg TabletThe dosage of Rubuphine 20mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Overdose of Rubuphine 20mg TabletIf you forget to take a dose of Rubuphine 20mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

सहभागिताDrug :- CNS depressants, general anesthetics, hypnotics, MAO inhibitors, sedatives, tranquilizers, TCAs: May cause respiratory depression, hypertension, profound sedation, or coma. Use together with caution, and monitor patient response.
Opioid analgesics: May decrease analgesic effect. Avoid using together.
Alert: Serotonergic drugs (amoxapine, antiemetics [dolasetron, granisetron, ondansetron, palonosetron], antimigraine drugs, buspirone, cyclobenzaprine, dextromethorphan, linezolid, lithium, MAO inhibitors, maprotiline, methylene blue, mirtazapine, nefazodone, SNRIs, SSRIs, TCAs, trazodone, tryptophan, vilazodone): May increase risk of serotonin syndrome. Use together cautiously. Monitor patient for serotonin syndrome.
