The most common side effects of Rupanex M 10 mg/10 mg Tablet are – Somnolence, Headaches, Fatigue, Sleepiness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Rupanex M 10 mg/10 mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Rupatadine, Montelukast

Rupanex M 10 mg/10 mg Tablet contains – Rupatadine, Montelukast
Rupatadine blocks the receptors of the platelet-activating factor.
Montelukast reduces early and late-phase bronchoconstriction from antigen challenge.
