Interactions
Drug :- CNS depressants:
May increase CNS depression. Avoid using together.
Guanethidine:
May block guanethidine's antihypertensive effect. Monitor BP.
MAO inhibitors:
May cause hyperpyretic crisis, seizures, and death when MAO inhibitors are used
with TCAs, may also occur with cyclobenzaprine. Avoid using within 2 weeks of MAO inhibitor
therapy.
Naproxen:
May increase drowsiness. Make patient aware of this interaction.
Tramadol:
May increase risk of seizures. Use together cautiously.
