Solikem 10mg Tablet is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Overactive Bladder with Urinary Urgency, Frequency, and Urge Incontinence

Side effects of Solikem 10mg Tablet

The most common side effects of Solikem 10mg Tablet are – Depression, Dizziness, Fatigue, Hypertension, Leg Swelling, Constipation, Dry Mouth, Dyspepsia, Nausea, Upper Abdominal Pain, Vomiting

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Solikem 10mg Tablet

Do not use Solikem 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Solifenacin

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Solikem 10mg Tablet.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Solikem 10mg Tablet works

Solikem 10mg Tablet contains – Solifenacin

Solifenacin works by stopping muscle contractions and increasing the volume of urine that bladder can hold. This helps to control the release of urine and eases symptoms.

Dosage of Solikem 10mg Tablet

The dosage of Solikem 10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Solikem 10mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Solikem 10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Interaction

Drug :- Drugs that prolong QT interval: May increase risk of serious cardiac arrhythmias.

Potent CYP3A4 inducers (carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin): May decrease solifenacin concentration.

Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole): May increase solifenacin level. Don't exceed solifenacin dose of 5 mg daily when used together.
