Side effects of Soliten 5mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Soliten 5mg Tablet are – Depression, Dizziness, Fatigue, Hypertension, Leg Swelling, Constipation, Dry Mouth, Dyspepsia, Nausea, Upper Abdominal Pain, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while using Soliten 5mg Tablet
Do not use Soliten 5mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Solifenacin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Soliten 5mg Tablet.

Soliten 5mg Tablet contains – Solifenacin
Solifenacin works by stopping muscle contractions and increasing the volume of urine that bladder can hold. This helps to control the release of urine and eases symptoms.
Dosage of Soliten 5mg Tablet
The dosage of Soliten 5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Soliten 5mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Soliten 5mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction
Drug :- Drugs that prolong QT interval: May increase risk of serious cardiac arrhythmias.
Potent CYP3A4 inducers (carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin): May decrease solifenacin concentration.
Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole): May increase solifenacin level. Don't exceed solifenacin dose of 5 mg daily when used together.
