How Tapal 75mg Tablet works

Tapal 75mg Tablet contains - Tapentadol

Tapentadol binds with and activates opioid receptors mainly mu receptors in brain and spinal cord and inhibits norepinephrine reuptake to produce analgesia.

The dosage of Tapal 75mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Tapal 75mg Tablet

If you forget to take a dose of Tapal 75mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- CNS depressants: Increased risk of CNS depression.

MAO inhibitors: Possibly hyperpyretic episodes, hypertensive crisis, serotonin syndrome, and severe seizures.

serotonergics: Increased risk of potentially fatal serotonin syndrome.

Activity :- alcohol use: Increased risk of CNS depression.
