The most common side effects of Tariflox 200mg Infusion are – Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache

Precautions while using Tariflox 200mg Infusion

Do not use Tariflox 200mg Infusion if you are allergic to – Ofloxacin

How Tariflox 200mg Infusion works

Tariflox 200mg Infusion contains – Ofloxacin

Ofloxacin inhibits synthesis of the bacterial enzyme DNA gyrase by counteracting excessive supercoiling of DNA during replication or transcription. Inhibition of DNA gyrase
causes rapid- and slow-growing bacterial cells to die.

Dosage of Tariflox 200mg Infusion

The dosage of Tariflox 200mg Infusion depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Tariflox 200mg Infusion

If you forget to take a dose of Tariflox 200mg Infusion, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- aluminum-, calcium-, or magnesiumcontaining antacids, didanosine, ferrous sulfate, magnesium-containing laxatives, multivitamins, sevelamer, sucralfate, zinc: Decreased absorption of oral ofloxacin.

probenecid: Decreased ofloxacin excretion, increased risk of toxicity.

procainamide: Decreased renal clearance of procainamide.

warfarin: Possibly increased anticoagulant activity and risk of bleeding.
