The most common side effects of Tellzy 40mg Tablet are – Headache, Back Pain, Dizziness, Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Sinus Inflammation, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting

How Tellzy 40mg Tablet works

Tellzy 40mg Tablet contains – Telmisartan

Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.

Drug :- digoxin: Increased peak blood digoxin level and risk of digitalis toxicity.
