The most common side effects of Telster 40mg Tablet are – Headache, Dizziness, Orthostatic Hypotension, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Cough, Syncope, Angina, Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, Nausea, Rash, Asthenia

How Telster 40mg Tablet works

Telster 40mg Tablet contains – Telmisartan

Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.

Dosage of Telster 40mg Tablet

Drug :- digoxin: Increased peak blood digoxin level and risk of digitalis toxicity.
