Uses of Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet.

Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet is used to prevent high blood sugar and kidney damage in people with type 2 diabetes. It is also used to prevent blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, sexual function problems.

How Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet works.

Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet is a combination of Metformin and Teneligliptin. Metformin works by reducing the amount of sugar that the liver releases into the blood, it makes the body respond better to insulin, Insulin is a hormone that controls blood sugar levels. Teneligliptin works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, which helps to lower blood sugar levels in the body.

Side Effects of Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet.

The most common side effects of Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet are Diarrhea, Nausea, Tiredness, Weakness, Unusual Muscle Pain, Trouble Breathing, Unusual Sleepiness, Stomach Pain, Heartburn, Gas, Stomach Pains, Vomiting, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Irritability, Sweating, Hunger, Irregular Heart Rate, Headache. These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while Taking Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet.

Do not consume Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet if you are allergic to Metformin and Teneligliptin. If you have kidney disease, heart disease, liver disease, consult your doctor before using Tenepan-M 1000 Tablet. To avoid adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
