The most common side effects of Theolate 250mg/250mg Tablet are – Cerebral Thrombosis, Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Migraine, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Theolate 250mg/250mg Tablet

Do not use Theolate 250mg/250mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Tranexamic Acid, Ethamsylate

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Theolate 250mg/250mg Tablet.

Theolate 250mg/250mg Tablet contains – Tranexamic Acid, Ethamsylate

Tranexamic acid works by slowing the breakdown of blood clots, which helps to prevent prolonged bleeding.

Ethamsylate works by increasing capillary endothelial resistance and promoting platelet adhesion.

Interaction

Drug :- anti-inhibitor coagulant concentrates, factor IX complex concentrates, hormonal contraceptives: Increased thrombotic risk.

tissue plasminogen activators: Possibly decreased effectiveness of both tranexamic acid and the tissue plasminogen activator.

tretinoin oral: Possibly exacerbation of the pro-coagulant effect of tretinoin.
