Do not use Valpex 750mg Tablet ER if you are allergic to - Sodium Valproate

How Valpex 750mg Tablet ER works

Valpex 750mg Tablet ER contains - Sodium Valproate

Sodium Valproate prevents epileptic fits by stabilising excessive electrical activity in the brain. It is thought to achieve this in two ways: by increasing the activity of a natural 'nerve-calming' agent called GABA in the brain, and by preventing electrical signals from building up in nerve cells in the brain.

The dosage of Valpex 750mg Tablet ER depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Valpex 750mg Tablet ER

If you forget to take a dose of Valpex 750mg Tablet ER, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
