Vigora 50mg Tablet is used to treat sexual problems like male impotence and erectile dysfunction in adult men.

How Vigora 50mg Tablet works

Vigora 50mg Tablet contains Sildenafil, it works by inhibiting the action of phosphodiesterase type-5 in the body, it helps in widening (relaxing) the blood vessels which increases blood flow to the penis and produces an erection in the penis.

Drug :- barbiturates, bosentan, carabamazepine, efavirenza, nevirapine, phenytoin, rifabutin, rifampin: Altered plasma level of either drug.

cimetidine, erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, mibefradil: Prolonged sildenafil effect.

doxazosin and other alpha-blockers: Increased risk of symptomatic hypotension.

nitrates: Profound hypotension protease inhibitors: Increased sildenafil effect.

rifampin: Decreased sildenafil effect.
