How Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT works

Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT contains - Prednisolone

Prednisolone decreases inflammation, mainly by stabilizing leukocyte lysosomal membranes, suppresses immune response, stimulates bone marrow and influences protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism.

Dosage of Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT

The dosage of Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT

If you forget to take a dose of Wysolone 10mg Tablet DT, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Overdose symptoms - Nausea, vomiting, insomnia, bloating and swelling in the belly area, restlessness.

Interaction

Drug :- Aspirin, indomethacin, other NSAIDs: May increase risk of GI distress and bleeding. Use together cautiously.

Azole antifungals (fluconazole, ketoconazole): May increase antifungal toxicity. Reduce steroid dosage as needed.

Toxoids, vaccines: May decrease antibody response and may increase risk of neurologic complications. Avoid using together.
